He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Armstrong and Olive Armstrong; his siblings, Jean Stephenson, Bertie Smith and Gary Armstrong; his nephews, Robin Stephenson, Cecil Stephenson and Scott Hiatt; his great-nephew Nicholas Hiatt; and his brother-in-law Fred Hiatt.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Armstrong; his sister Mary Anderson; his nieces and nephews, Kathy Stephenson, Joe Stephenson (Glenda), Gerry Stephenson (Vickie), Terry Pond (Deana), Gary Pond, Sonja Compton, Jody Hiatt (Shine), Shelley Miller (Ivan), Robert Anderson, Rob Anderson and Randy Smith (Judy); his sister-in-law Joyce Hiatt; his niece-in-law Roxie Hiatt; and his cousin Vickie Armstrong. He is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews, and close friends.
