He was predeceased by: his father Don Rex Collins. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Collins (Reese) of Gaston; his siblings, Brent Collins (Karen) of Gaston, Shana Carmin (Jeff) of Gaston, Teena Petro (Mike) of Gaston and Nila Collins of Portland; his nieces and nephews, Ronnie Fields (Lisa) of Portland, Brandon Petro of Gaston, Evan Blankenbaker of Portland, Reese Collins of Gaston, Trace Collins of Gaston, Carter Carmin of Gaston, Kameron Petro of Gaston and Addison Carmin of Gaston; and his pet Dobie. He is also survived by several cousins and great-nieces and nephews.
