He is survived by: his wife Marsha Payne (Smithson); his children, Gregory, Soni Payne of Michigan, Leah Johnson of New York and Christina Payne of Gas City; his grandchildren, Trevor Payne, Jarod Payne and Harley Payne; his great grandchild Jaiman; and his sister Mary Ann Parrie.
