He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hawkins and Edith Hawkins (Yeiser). He is survived by: his sisters, Peggy L. Coleman (David) of Grand Junction, CO and Patsy J. Waggoner of Kokomo; his nephew Thomas W. Waggoner of Mt. Vernon, OH; and his nieces, Christine L. Hadeen and Patricia A. Parker. He is also survived by six great-nieces and great-nephews.
