He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse McGlothin and Marie McGlothin (Tackett); and his siblings, Robert McGlothin (Faye), Joseph McGlothin (Patty), Lois Crowe and Mary Martha Wood (Neil).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" McGlothin; his daughter Jill Blankinship (Josh); and his grandsons, Noah Blankinship and Lucas Blankinship. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
