He was predeceased by: his children, Randy Flannigan and Laura Flynn; and his stepson Forest Gruber. He is survived by: his spouse Gail A. DeLong; his daughter Cindy Atkinson (John) of Marion; his siblings, Charles Flannigan (Linda) of Pensacola and Laura McCoy (Bob) of California; his grandchildren, Jack Kelly (Angie), Tim Horn (Brandy), Shelli Flannigan and Amanda Carter; and his friend Ronnie Herring. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
