He is survived by: his mother Paula Ann Meggitt Payne (Michael) of Milan, Georgia; his grandparents, Niti Meggitt of St. Augustine, Richard and Hazel Payne of Sharpsburg, Georgia; his siblings, Preston Lee Meggitt, Shaun Payne (Ashley) of Huntington, Jon Payne (Renee), April Nickell of Liberty and Brittany Pennington of Winchester, Kentucky; and his aunts and uncles, Jamie Easterling of Malone, Pamela Langford of Lebanon, Gail Caswell of Tennessee, Donna Young of Sharpsburg, Dale Garrett of Georgia and Ricky Payne (Sandra) of Sharpsburg, Georgia. He is also survived by one niece; one nephew; mulitple cousins.
