Lewis of Marion; her grandchildren, Macenzie Lewis and Scott Lewis; her sister Deborah Bowman (William) of Gas City; her nieces, Shannon Nicole Stevens of Jonesboro and Misty Bodkins of Gas City; her nephew Shaun Woodring (Casandra) of Rockville; her chihuahua Blackie; and her friend Patrick Costello.
