He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fugett and Beverly Rathbun (Kerrigan); his stepfather Rex Rathbun; and his niece Brandi Feathers. He is survived by: his siblings, Michelle Perry of Winchester, IN, Kathy Bonifield (Kevin) of Salamonia, IN and Mike Rathbun (Vickie) of Montpelier, IN. He is also survived by 4 nieces, 4 nephews, 3 great nieces, 2 great nephews, and 1 great great niece.
