It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Lynn Simmons (Gas City, Indiana), born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on December 20, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her nephew Joshua Dean; and her grandparents, Elsie Blackburn, Fred and Ruth Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Nate "Wade" Simmons of Marion and Heather Simmons of Gas City; her children-in-law, Michael Tyler and Lisa Jacksen of Geneva; her grandchildren, Maria, Gabbey, Zachary Simmons and Josiah Tyler; her great grandchild Amyra; and her siblings, Howard Dean Simmons, Jr (Lisa), Loretta K. Merrill, Susan Thomas, Peggy Uriostegui, Lisa Harlan (Randy), Marion Bricker and Lois Bricker. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild.
