She is survived by: her spouse Charles Owen; her children, Robin Morgan (Brian) of Marion, Charles Owen (Patty) and John Owen; her grandchildren, Mandy Morgan, Holly Bailey (Scott), Mallie King (Juston), Delores Soultz, Charles Owen, Christopher Spaulding, John Owen Jr. (Tabitha) and Sandy Owen (Jarron); her siblings, Loretta Blair, Charles Smith, Robert Smith, Gary Smith and James Smith; her granddaughter Crystal Rose; and her siblings, Irene Jones, Hershel Smith, Harold Smith, Emmitt Smith, Ernest Smith, Mildred Koontz and Phyllis DeCamp. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
