He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Francis and Bessie Deal; his siblings, Georgia Mae Campbell, Ethel Sickman and Harmon "Red" Bath; and his former wife Carolyn Sue Francis (Reid).
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Miller; his son Jeff Francis (Nancy); his stepdaughter Beth Fitzjarrald; his grandchildren, Sasha, Kris, Travis Francis, Megan and Kelsey Fitzjarrald; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Alex, Xander and Spencer.
