He is survived by: his wives, Joan Breedlove and Joan Swain; his sons, Rick Swain (Nikki) and Tom Swain (Teresa); his stepchildren, Robin Beaty (Ed) and Jerry Stewart; his grandchildren, Misty Stevens (Aaron), Chelsea Twigg, Brittany Nelson (Kyle), Calob Swain and Heather Swain; his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Ennis (Chad), Wesley Thompson (Sarah), Megan Mullenix (Randy), Joshua Stewart, Tommy Stewart and Gabe Shinholt; his great grandchildren, Chloe Stevens, Laynee Stevens, Kyser Twigg, Layton Twigg, Wyatt Nelson and Walker Nelson; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Haylee Ennis, Jordan Ennis, Dakota Ennis, Mackenzie Mullenix, Abby Mullenix, Andrew Mullenix and Alisha Mullenix; and his brother John Swain (Barbara).
