He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Summer Hall (Tracy Price), Seymour, Jill Small (Nathan), Bedford, Tracey Ross (Jodi), Upland, Ray Hall, Marion Rice and Joe Rice (Meghan); and his sisters, Belinda Felton (Danny) and Brenda Weikel. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
