He is survived by: his mother Karen Esterline (Taggett); his wife Glenda Esterline (Conley) of Gas City; his son Joe; his stepchildren, Lacy Huyser (Rick), Levi Fuller (Kim) and Cody Fuller; his stepgrandson Ricky Huyser; his brother Jeff Esterline (Lucinda); and his uncles, Ron Esterline (Bev) and Steve Taggett (Deb). He is also survived by other family members and close friends.
