He is survived by: his wife Renee; his daughter Renelle; his grandchild Pal; his children, Palmer Leroy Smith III and Ashley Skog (Robert); the mother of his children Renee Blair; his granddaughters, Renelle Smith and Lillian Skog; his siblings, Greg Smith (Judy), Inez Smith and Georgia Kirby (Robert); his nieces, Megan Bishop (Andy), Gretchen Smith and Christina Drollinger (Nick); his nephew Doug Smith (Stacy); and also Ashley.
In lieu, the family requests a donation be made in Pal's memory to his second home and church family, the Marion Seventh-day Adventist Church.
