She is survived by: her husband Carl Lowe; her children, Susan Gall (Joseph) of Upland, Cindy Walker (Parker) of Marion, Julie Neargardner (John) of Marion and Keith Lowe (Joanna) of Fishers, IN.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Runyan, Christen Gall, Britney Wallbaum, Ashton Flegge, Grant Gall, Heather Gall, Braden Walker, Derrick Walker, Corinne Walker, Morgan Walker, Emma Neargardner, Ian Neargardner, Elaina Neargardner, Evelyn Lowe, Julia Lowe and Sylvia Lowe; and her stepmother Mary Goodacre of Gas City, IN..
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Storey Chapel (400 E Main St, Gas City, IN 46933). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
