He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Justice and Nondius Justice (Peck); and his nephew Shane Carpenter. He is survived by: his former wife Teresa F. Nicodemus; his wife Teresa F. "Terri" Justice of Gas City; his children, Camela D. Carpenter (David) of Yorktown, Kimberly L. Falk (Roger) of Edgewater, FL and Michael T. Justice (Jill) of Parker City; his grandchildren, Riley Carpenter, Jacob Carpenter, Tyler Falk, Nicole Falk and Weston Justice; his sister Debbie Muncey of Muncie; his aunt Phyllis "Sissy" Hodshire; his uncle Dink Hensley of Muncie; and his brother-in-law Jeff Cox (Marilee). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
