She is survived by: her spouse John W. Downam; her child John W. Chapman; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Miller, Matthew Miller, Michael Sands, Nevaeh, Carter and Cooper Downam; and her brothers, Jamie Chapman of Marion and Kevin Chapman.
