She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Daniel Lynch and Ruth Helen Comer (Edward); her husband Evert Charles Bell; and her siblings, Edward Comer, Charles Lynch, Helen Peer, Martha Jane Cox and Iona Hadley.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Bell (Lola) of Fort Wayne, Joseph Bell (Cynthia) of La Fontaine and Mary Ann Downam (Thomas) of Lafayette; her sisters, Patricia Robinson and Carolyn Cox (Paul); and her grandchildren, Patricia Setser (Charles, MD), Jennifer Walker (Jason), Kristin Bell Smith (Matthew), Ryan Downam (Kali), Travis Downam (Amber) and Matthew Downam (Tiffany). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
