She is survived by: her husband Russell Phillip Cummings, Sr.; her children, Donna Cummings-Howard (Dan) of Sarasota, FL and Russell Phil Cummings, Jr. (Sandy Bryant) of Gas City; her grandchildren, Kim Barnes (Jason), Kirk Howard (Lisa), Heather Downing (Michael), Tiffany Embry (Jaime), Wesley Cummings and Caitlyn Reamer (Rob); her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Austin, Luke, Brett, Easton, Emma, Lexi and Dolen; her great great grandchildren, Camdyn, Athena and Kayden; her siblings, Robert "Sonny" Gray, Jean DeCamp and Rick Rogers (Rita); and her great-niece Lori Goss-Reeves.
