She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Whelchel (Hazelbaker) and Charles D. Whelchel; and her sisters, Melinda J. Boyd and Shirley K. Whelchel. She is survived by: her children, Genevieve R. Moore of Dunkirk, Natasha J. Wright (Christopher) of Ridgeville and Wesley T. Justus (Becky) of Portland; her siblings, Patricia A. Fisher of Hartford City, Charles D. Whelchel, Jr. of Bloomfield, Lawrence E. Whelchel (Christy) of Gas City and Danny L. Whelchel of Pendleton; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
