He was predeceased by: his father Fred Mills; his sisters, Freda Cook and Karen Pulley; his stepparents, Kay Mills and Robert McKinley; his niece Shannon Beeks; and his brothers-in-law, Floyd Pulley and Mark McGinnis.
He is survived by: his mother Annie Mills (McKinley); his sisters, Patty McGinnis (Jimmy Dickensheets) of Marion, Debbie Lovelady (Junior) of Marion, Dottie Smith of Gas City and Ruby Clymer (Dickie Sheron) of Gas City; and his aunt Margaret Wesling of Marion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
