He was predeceased by: his mother Watheta; and his grandmother Edith McNutt. He is survived by: his aunt Alberta Wamsley of Warsaw; his cousins, Kelly Timmons (Kimmi Jo), Shelly Whitaker, Ed Timmons, Chris McNutt, Lori Ann Ehmer (Tony), Marion Mihelich and Teri Sue Mihelich; and his friends, John Atkinson (Cindy), Brian Whitehead (Missy), Upland Smith and Reva Smith.
