He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Dockery and Nova Marie Dockery (Simpson); his close friend Jean Hochstedler; and his siblings, Robert, Jack Dockery and Dorothy Alexander.
He is survived by: his daughter Lynn Marie Kahkola (Shane) of Owensboro, KY.; his grandchildren, Gabriella Kahkola of LaFontaine, IN, Leah Simpkins (Cody), Gavin Kahkola, Evan Kahkola and Magdalena Lynn Simpkins; his siblings, George Dockery, Cathy Orbaugh (Dave), Elwood, Larry Dockery, Roger Dockery, Ruth Stevens, Betty Flatt, Dallas Kuzio and Marion; his close friend Glenna Ferwerda; and his sons, Nic, Jake and Meiko Bender (Alan).
