It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George R. Woodcox Jr. of Gas City, Indiana, who passed away on April 25, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roy Woodcox, Sr. and Cleo Amanda Woodcox (McAfferty). He is survived by: his wife Maria Woodcox of Gas City; his sons, Tommy Woodcox (Susan) of Gas City, Jim Woodcox (Barbara) of Charleston, SC and Steve Woodcox (Scarlett) of Charleston, SC; his grandsons, Jayson Woodcox, Brandon Woodcox and Patrick Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Dillon, Tyler, Raylee, Maria and Miles.
