He was predeceased by: his parents, Vilas Leach and Lydia Leach (Hardy); and his wife Nancy Ann Leach. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Phillips (Mark) of Gas City and Timothy D. Leach (April) of Gas City; and his grandchildren, Zach Leach (Melena) of Gas City, Ethan Leach (Alexis) of Marion, Jeremy McKee (Amy) of Gas City and Aimee Sellers (Ryan). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
