Carol H. Rush Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol H. Rush (Gas City, Indiana), who passed away on July 13, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Henheiser Howard and Norman Howard, Sr.; her siblings, Esther Heron Blankenbecker, Hugh Heron, Norman Howard, Jr., Elizabeth McDonald, Ellen Caylor and Beulah Litmer; and her daughter-in-law Angela Rush.
She is survived by: her husband Jesse Rush of Rome; her children, David Rush (Gas City), Cyndy Rush Turner (Eric) and Pam Rush Vetor (Mike); her grandchildren, Dimitre Darroca, Thornton Wehr, Natalie Rush, Rachel Rush (Cody Stewart), Zeke Turner (Milissa), Jessaca Stults (Russ), Kylee McMurray (Adam), Courtney, Nick Vetor (Stacie) and Chanelle Losure (Troy); her great grandchildren, Elijah, Roman, CharleyAnn, Caleb, Emmanuel, Jubilee, Brooklyn, Edmond, Juliette, Zion, Sanders, Caroline, Cooper Stults, Kolton, Chase, Knox McMurray, Jemma, Jameson, Jensen Milbank, Ryan, Norah, Allie, Olivia Vetor, Ella, Mason, LillyAnna Losure, Tiberius Wehr, Leona, Lilith Haskins, Shawn, Thomas Rush, Gabriel Graves and Skyler Stewart; and her sister Treva Tracey (Fort Wayne). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund has been established at IWU Nursing Scholarship in memory of Carol Rush c/o Advancement Services 4201 S. Washington St., Marion, IN 46953.
