He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Evans; his daughter Laura Lee Wilkes; and his siblings, Ervin Wilkes and Kathleen Dodd. He is survived by: his son Keith Wilkes (Tracy) of Cicero; his granddaughter Jessica Jacks; and his great grandchildren, Lukas Allen, Bennett Jacks and Emma Lynn Allen.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Roseburg Church of God, 2057 S. Roseburg Pike, Marion, IN 46953.
