It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Gene Howell of Gas City, Indiana, born in Carter, Kentucky, who passed away on July 4, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Howell and Virgie Howell (Erwin); his siblings, Clifford, Fred, Billy Jo Howell, Violet Hutcheson, Millie Fultz, Madge Fernandes and Audrey Eldridge; and his grandson CJ Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce L. Howell (Ratliff); his children, Jerry Testerman (Amy) of Dallas, Elaine Hehe (Rex) of Gas City and G. Dewayne Howell (Christine) of New Haven; his great grandchildren, Mason, Gabi Hehe, Kannon, Sloane Testerman, Briley, Dominik Howell, Madison, Isaac Hehe and Odin Pedersen; and his brother-in-law Hersal Ratliff. He is also survived by his grandchildren and their spouses.
