She was predeceased by: her parents, William LaTrelle and Clellah B. Mills (Hawkins); her husband Wilbur Howell; her son Daniel Howell; and her brothers, Richard, Larry and Harrold Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Howell (Becky) of Seattle, WA, Dean Howell of Huntington and Dawn Howell (Roger Pence) of Marion; and her grandchildren, Dean Eric Howell, II (Jillian), Kellie Campbell, Ryan McMurray, Joshua McMurray, Jason Vandemark and Larry Pence. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
