He was predeceased by: his parents, Edson Line and Arminta Line (Borland); his wife Margaret I. Henkel; his son Michael Line (Ruth); his granddaughter Jennifer Butcher; and his siblings, Albert Line, Harry Line, Aaron Line, Marie Shuff, Gladys Jervis, Martha Belle Keifer, Mary Brattain, Ruth Listenfelt, Opal Barbour, Wilma Phiffer and Catherine Line.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Line of Gas City and Karen Line-Wilhoff (Steve) of Leo; his grandchildren, Angela Estrada (Mike), Tricia Parker (David), Paige Geist and Jason Line; and his great grandchildren, Connor Parker, Cameron Parker, Nicholas Estrada and Jamie Parker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
