It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adel Maxine Pierce (Gas City, Indiana), born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on July 9, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sons, Robert E. Pierce and David Pierce; her brothers, John Mathias and Gene Mathias; and her grandson Travis Pierce.
She is survived by: her spouse Ralph Eugene Pierce; her granddaughters, Michelle Roe (Bryan) of Spencer and Diane Newnum (Mark) of Rockville; her siblings, Charles Mathias of Chesterfield and Beverly Sanders of Marion; and her nephew Stan Jones of Tipton. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
