He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake West and Luvenia West; his daughter Isabelle; and his siblings, Mary and Floyd.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Adamson West; his children, William, Sr., Kenneth (Angela), Brian, Sr. (Marcella) and Eric, Sr; his sibling Jake; his uncle Alfred; and his close friend Larry Teamer. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
