He is survived by: his wife Lessie Applewhite; his children, Donelle, Michelle and LaTisha Applewhite; and his grandchildren, Devonte, Jalen, MaKaleigh Applewite, Terry Applewhite (Diane), Jessie Applewhite (Bessie) and Charles Applewhite (Tammy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
