She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Miner and Genieveve Miner; her sons, Troy Wayne Carroll, Patrick Anthony Doeing, Robert Eugene Doeing Jr. (Beth) and Mike Ennis; and her sister Margaret Kimble.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Ennis of Gary; her children, Susan Smith of Alabama, Tisha McGee (Ryan), Janet Habina (JC), Crystal Dougherty (Danny) of Virginia and Gwen Greslo (Eric); her daughter-in-law Dawn Carroll; and her siblings, Ed Miner (Shannon), Carl Miner (Jan) and Dolly Hughes. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
