He was predeceased by: his parents, Zacaria V. Diaz and Antonia Diaz. He is survived by: his son Vincent Diaz, Jr.; and his siblings, Felix, Victor Diaz of Gary and Lucy Castro (Geno) of Orlando, Florida. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
