He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Carter; his daughters, Jessica Boyd (Kris) and Denise Fayson; his pets, Presley and Priscilla; his siblings, Bruce Carter (Joyce), Victor Carter (Dorothy), Jackie Carter, David Carter, Daniel Carter (Cheryl), Lucille Buchanan, Willie Carter (Jonny May), Mason Carter Jr. and Adellia Hall; his grandchildren, Kristopher Boyd Jr., Laiannna Boyd and Clayton Boyd; his father-in-law Tim (Terry); and his siblings-in-law, Stephanie (Colin) and TJ (Emily). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
