She is survived by: her children, Jackie Calvert of Louisville, KY, Matron Toney (Randolph) of Hammond, IN and Rodney Hayes (Jerrie) of Indianapolis, IN.; and her grandchildren, April Calvert, Anthony Puntillo (Kim), Michael Toney, Nikki Toney, Devyn Hayes and Dorian Hayes. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
