He is survived by: his mother Freddie M. Leavy; his wife Sheila Leavy; his children, Rachelle Griffin (Gregory), Noah Leavy and Isaiah Leavy; and his siblings, Franklin Jr. (Lindsey) and Candace Harvey (Edrych). He is also survived by one nephew; one niece and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
