She was predeceased by: her mother Deborah Breitspecher. She is survived by: her children, Haley, Ethan, Trinity Rios, Aydden Ramos and Millani Ramos; her significant other Alex Ramos; her father Arnie Breitsprecher (Paula); and her brothers, Justin Breitsprecher and Joshua Breitsprecher (Myra). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts are preferred to Sarah's children.
