She is survived by: her cousin Donna Chaplin (Jack); her nieces and nephews, Robin Jean, Ben Daniels, Debbie Chicki, Cheryle Middleton, Rhonda Voas (Robert), Charles Middleton (Melanie), Becky Voas (Thomas), Amy Middleton and Ronald Middleton (Maritza); and her friend Amanda Moore. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
