It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosella J. Tuszynski of Gary, Indiana, who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Vernie Bladecki; her husband Luke Tuszynski; her son Joseph Tuszynski; and her siblings, Genny, Mike, Mary, George, Frank and Andy.
She is survived by: her mother Josephine Bladecki; her sons, Andrew Tuszynski and Patrick Tuszynski (Liz); her daughter-in-law Kris Tuszynski; her grandchildren, Ben Kroft (Kelly), Katie Parker (Sam), Summer Zielinski (Dan) and Emily Tuszynski; and her great grandchildren, Matthew, Bryce, Jacob, Oliver and Chloe.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel (600 W Old Ridge Rd, Hobart, IN 46342). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church (330 E 45th Ave, Gary, IN 46409). A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. John Kanty Church Cemetery (5505-5565 E 700 N, Rolling Prairie, IN 46371).
