She is survived by: her children, Christopher Jenkins and Maya Scruggs; her grandchildren, Madison, Mikal Jr. and Malcolm Hicks; her brother Jimmy Marshall (Linda); her nieces and nephews, Cornell, Donyel, Elijah, Liz and Jocelyn; and her close friend Dorothy Williams.
