He is survived by: his mother Rosa Hernandez; his siblings, Marina Stufflebeam, Miguel Hernandez (Christina), Camerina Melchor and Guillermo Hernandez (Rae); and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Stufflebeam (Jami), Stephanie Sullivan (Brett), Rosa Hinojosa (Francisco), Angel Irizarry (Nadia), Maria Irizarry (Trevon Woodson), Anna Irizarry (Leslie Brown), Guillermo Hernandez, Latisha Pulokas (Deivis), Vincente Hernandez (Alicia), Patricia Hernandez and Amelia Hernandez. He is also survived by 16 great nieces and nephews.
