He is survived by: his children, Olivia, Moses Jr. and Kingston; his parents, Alicia Cantu and Michael Gutierrez; his siblings, Antoinette Perez (Ivan), Matthew Cantu (Taylor), Rebekah Cantu (Merrill Kikkert), Michael Gutierrez Jr. and Ceryna Morgan; and his nieces and nephews, Ivan Jr., Samson, Sebastian, Bella, Mia and Lacey. He is also survived by his family, friends, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the family.
