He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Alfonso (late Alex) and Mary Sanchez; his grandchildren, Daniel, Tiana and Jesse; and his siblings, Larry Modrak (Judy) and Debbie Gruszka (Ben). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
