He is survived by: his daughter Kristina Frazee (Dennis) of Center Grove; his close friend Diane Cagle of Gary; his siblings, Louis Monik II (Melody) of Gary, John Monik (Norma) of Syracuse, Anthony Monik (Jayson Cox-Monik) of Krum, Texas, Maryann Mancilla (Jack) of Crown Point and Therese Monik of Demotte; and his grandsons, Tyler Frazee of Center Grove and Tyson Frazee of Center Grove. He is also survived by his family and friends.
