It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Jones (Gary, Indiana), who passed away on December 4, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Fowler and Lula Fowler; her husband Geometry Jones Sr.; her son Geometry Jones Jr.; and her siblings, Lodie Brooks, Leonard Fowler, Doris Thomas, Eris Headd, Avis Flannigan and Billy Fowler.
She is survived by: her children, Vermita Hardiman (Buddy), Sheila Jones (Hasan), Gee Babee Jones, Lurley Derby and Letrice Johnson; her niece Vorece Chandler; and her grandchildren, Letitia N. Jones Leonard and Larida Y. Burnett. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
