She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Feagin and Armazie Feagin; her grandparents, Lonnie, Myra Feagin, Wilbert and Lelia Moorer, Sr.; and her brothers, Roy Feagin and Edward Ladell Feagin.
She is survived by: her husband Tony Exford, Sr.; her children, Tony Exford (Leslie), Deanna Hunter (Khazim) and Keondra Exford; her grandchildren, Za'Dayah Exford, Zier Hunter, Zariah Hunter and Tyra Exford; and her siblings, Lorine Blakely, Joseph Feagin (Ruby), Willie Sr. Feagin (Beatrice), Rose Gibson, Christine Feagin, Katherine Roberts (James), Darlene Gates (Grady), Joe Feagin, Jr. and Edward Charles Feagin (Mary). She is also survived by uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and friends.
Lula's spiritual foundation started at a young age at Zion Temple Apostolic church where she was baptized in Jesus' name in 1974 and later received the Holy Ghost under the late Bishop O.C. Garmon.
